Returns & Exchange

You will be able to exchange your purchase if the size is not suitable or correct. 

Please ensure that you check our size guide before completing your purchase.

You will have 7 days from the date of your receipt to return items.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition it was received in to be entitled to a return. Item must also be returned in the original packaging. 

If a problem is discovered upon receiving your item, please contact our team via e-mail: info@madebysaimastore.com with your order number and item.

Postage and packaging upon return of any item, will be at the responsibility of the purchaser.

Once you have returned your item, please allow 5 working days for inspection and response.
